Our handcrafted tea blend is loose leaf in a glass container to reduce your microplastic and nanoplastic exposure. A 2024 study found that brewing tea from a tea bag made from the plastic polypropylene released about 1.2 billion pieces of plastic per mL of tea (1). An 8 oz cup of tea contains about 237 mL. You can be consuming over 280 billion particles of plastic with each cup of tea!

SUGGESTED USE: 1-2 tsp of tea blend per 8 oz/200 mL of water (heated to 205F/95C) and steep for 5 minutes, or according to preference.
