For Daily Support

Ages 5 - 12: 1 TSP (5 mL) 1x per day
Ages 13+: 1 TBS (15 mL) 1x per day
For Intensive Support
Ages 5 - 12: 1 - 2 TSP (5 - 10 mL) every 3 hours, 4x per day, up to 5 days
Ages 13+: 1 TBS (15 mL) every 3 hours, 4x per day, up to 5 days
You can also drizzle it on pancakes or mix a splash into water for a refreshing Immune-boosting juice!

I’ve been using Nature’s Perfect honeys for about a year now and it’s simply delicious. It’s easy to taste the difference of raw and unfiltered honey VS store bought. I use on my tea daily but also I give my daughter a teaspoon daily during school season and I swear it has kept her healthy. I’ve also been using their Nettle and Elderberry and both have helped to keep our allergies in tact and my household healthy. I use Nature's Perfect loose tea also as it’s delicious and simply healthier than tea bags. Will be using their products for years to come.
